Grinder / Wine Storage
My son gave me a Melitta burr grinder in February that he won on eBay. The thing broke last week. Worried about the brand, the wife just won a DeLonghi burr grinder on eBay; so we'll see how it holds up. I never thought it would make such a difference, but using my old whirleybird for a few days has confirmed: burr is better!
The wife and I are getting into wine enjoyment and learning more. There are alot of good NC wines that are made within an hour's drive! Anyway, I'd like to build an economical wine rack in the basement. Has anyone done this? I'd appreciate some ideas. |
