1981 Silver Oak
Opened this bad boy tonight. It has really turned into an outstanding wine, more like a fine Pinot than a cab. Layers of fruit and a silky depth that you enjoy over your entire tongue. A truly outstanding wine. We were sorry to see the end of the bottle and I will definitely be looking for some more.
