In my last order I received a 1oz bag and when I took a pinch to pack my pipe, it basically turned to dust. Bone dry, and with all the natural oils gone, it tasted like a cheap cigarette, at best.

Emailed them about it, and sent them some requested pictures, and they agreed and are sending a replacement bag, and didn't have to return the dry one.

All occurred within the first half of today, so fast responses, didn't make me pay to return the dried out bag for inspection or any other reason, and said my replacement will go out first thing tomorrow at the latest.

So, shop with confidence, and if there happens to be any issues, just email customer service and they will make it right quickly and without hassle.

This kind of thing goes a long way with me. They also have great prices and selection, and after this, I will definitely continue to buy from them.
