1998 Hoyo de Monterrey Petit
A 4.75x31 little cigar, with a tan, natural wrapper, medium texture, medium smoothness cap, and a firm, lumpy bunch.
Burn was very even, coal was flat, ash was gray with typical structure. Draw was perfect with ample smoke volume. Aroma was faint and subtle and no burn in the throat. Flavor was medium and one dimensional, and of medium strength and body, consisting of grassy, woody and aged flavors. No sweetness, sharpness, burn on tongue or saltiness and a light bitterness. Character was common, but agreeable with medium body. Overall, it was good, with a total score of 90 out of 100. Sent from my SM-T820 using Tapatalk |
