I went outside the comfort zone.
Actually made something new. Simple minestrone. White and red kidneys, seashell pasta, four cans of tomatoes. Carrots, celery, and two cherry peppers minced, with seeds. About a teaspoon of oregano, some basil, tablespoon of parsley and cut up Italian sausage links. Fartload of black pepper. Three tablespoons of sun dried tomato pieces. Garlic, some other things I can't remember.
It was good to try something new. I'm going to try it again later with zucchini. |
