Kendal Plug
I was digging around in the cellar for my stash of Kendal Plug. I have some with about a year on it and some with about 9 years. I was thinking I might open the most recent jar. The oils are starting to show so I decided to let it go. It's hard to see from the pics but I didn't want to break the vac sealed jar and disturb things...
  So instead I grabbed the jar from 2007 and sliced off a chunk from that. This stuff smells incredibly good in the jar. It's almost like fermenting tea? Simply mouth watering.
