No cigars, 10 days
Well, in my retirement planning I have decided to use life insurance as an annuity to pay out in my post work years. Requires a blood and urine draw. Agent and his boss helped fill out the form, told me I obviously don't smoke, but for informational purposes they let me know the blood test picks up nicotine use for 7 days.
So I've begun the fast. Funny, I have a work trip to LAs Vegas next week. I will not be bringing any sticks. So it goes. Haven't craved one ever, now that I can't have one...
