To all the coffee experts out there.
What are you trying to do when you blend coffees? Now that I understand costa rican coffee is almost too well balanced, a logical step would be to blend with something else to highlight a positive attribute of another variety of coffee bean. What else could I be looking to accomplish in a blend? (Yes, I have studied what Tom has posted on SM's site and also consulted the "bible".) |
