Recharge Boveda Packs?

Has anyone tried to recharge a Boveda pack? It seems like it should be able to work. After all, the Boveda pack is a two way humidifier. So, you would think that if you placed it in an environment where the RH was over the set point that it would absorb moisture, which would allow you to "recharge it" when the water level got too low. Does that make sense? Has anyone tried it?
