Personally, the only off-putting thing for me regarding young, scruff-looking kids are those who drive my neighborhoods while blasting rap "music" at a decibel level that would mask a jet airplane takeoff.

It's OK though ... if you feel less self-conscious with a cigar then smoke on brotha. Smoke what you like ... and like what you smoke.
