That was so messed up...most of the people in Philly thought Ricky Williams (including myself at the time) would have been a better pick but it wasn't like we thought that Donovan sucked. Obviously we were not alone, Ditka gave up his whole team's future for Ricky Williams.

The media made it seem like no one in Philly wanted McNabb while it was a local sports radio promotion that rented a bus and sent 30 people (known as the dirty thirty) to the draft so that they could boo if the Eagles didn't draft Ricky Williams. Well the Eagles didn't and the dirty thirty idiots did.
The Sports Radio host that did that stupid stunt is now one of McNabb's biggest fans.
