My irritation at having wasted $60 on a box of cigars that should have been predictably good has grown. All 4 have sucked. I sent an email to general, and bottom line, they will send a pickup card, I send them off, and they offered me a new box in exchange. Getting a substitution will require a manager's approval. I tried to be flexible, and basically said I'd be satisfied with a box or even just promo packs worth the price I paid, and she suggested a box of punch elites in exchange.

Less than satisfactory. Let's see where it goes.
