Some personal favourites...
Tokay-Pinot Gris and Riesling from Alsace Riesling from Germany (especially the Mosel, Ruwer and Saar) Chenin Blanc from the Loire White Bordeaux (preferably with a healthy amount of Sémillon to balance the Sauvignon Blanc component) Vinho Verde from Portugal Riesling from the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario, Canada Chardonnay from Burgundy Chardonnay from the Niagara Peninsula as well as from Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada Chardonnay from Carneros, California Riesling from Australia (especially Padthaway)
