JW, yes panty hose works great! They are not going to leak out. I read that the gel will absorb 100 X it's weight in water. I did an experiment and sure enough it's true. Just don't oversaturate.

I like most everything I try, but Rocky Patel seem to be my favorite. I found the FSS 3000 to be like sucking on a piece of coal.
