Humidity inside a coolerdor?

It seems to me that in my coolerdor that the boxes stored at the bottom are in a little better condition than those stored more towards the top. By that I mean the wrappers on those at the top seem a little drier than those at the bottom or it could just be the wrapper on those particular cigars. Does anyone else experience this? I have the 65% climax beads in there now and the humidity is right at 65%. I have about 1lb or just a little more of beads split into two bean bags. One bag placed at the bottom and the other I place on the top level on top of one of the boxes. No big deal really I rearrange the humidor every couple of months anyways just wanted to see if anyone else experiences this.
