I picked one of these up at the local downtown cigar shop this week. It's 6 X 44 perfecto shaped, tapered, box pressed colorado maduro. Has a pretty dark blue and gold band.
Construction was very good. Pre-light draw was good, but not real easy. It lit well and stayed lit. Burn was even throughout the smoke yielding a tight medium grey ash. It is a medium strength cigar that started out spicy and varied it's spiciness throughout the smoke from stronger at the beginning to mild half way and then ending up stronger. The taste was not overwhelming but did have a woody finish. There was a fair amount of smoke, but not the volumes I prefer. The varied dimension of spice kept me puffing until I could not hold on any longer. But, there just was not any other taste to it. Price was about $4.00. I'll give it . But I don't think I'll go back for more. SSJ...I'm good at what I do. What is it that I do again?!!!
