Dinner... beef..
I didn't burn myself, didn't cook the plastic the steak was wrapped in, did have an awesome steak, great wine (a Bandol) asparagus and oven roasted potatoes... once in a while it all falls together

since I have the apt in naperville I've been a minimalist... olive oil (from Spain) and salt pepper onion shallot and smoked paprika (Spain).
I don't miss other stuff. dinner was good. poured the rest of the wine in a to go cup and walked 1/2 mile to the train station to wacth train and got washed by a fast moving spring storm.

I think I know you well enough to safely bet that you kind of miss having someone to cook for once in a while.

in fact, with yoga training costing $150 and up per hour, it would probably be cheaper and more convenient hiring a zumba instructor.
