Calibrating a Digital Hygrometer

I bought a couple of digital Hygrometers a year ago from Cbid. A couple of weeks ago the batteries went dead on both units, within a couple of days of each other.

I replaced the batteries, small watch type and see that the units now are 5% diffreence in humidity measurement.

I did a damp test with some floral sponge and water in a gallon plastic bag. Both units came to within 1% of each other in the bag, but when I put them in my humidor they are 5% difference.

I dont know which one would be more accurate, any way to tell?
