Long term aging question ?

This question has probably been asked before but I could not find a complete answer for every thing that I need to know.

For long term aging, and I am talking about 5 years+ in the future and let's say the type of container will be a coolerdor, here is the question:

1) Do I need to put each individual cigar box into a ziplog bag and seal it ? Can I use the grocery store plastic wrap to wrap around the box for the aging procedure ?

2) What humidity level does the coolerdor need to be in ? 65% or 70%. Can I do it at 60% ?

3) What temperature range does the coolerdor need to be sit in ? 65 F to 75 F, is that O.K or too warm (in term of fear that the beetle egg will hatch) ?

Thank you in advance for your experience and input.
