Actually, it's a cold pack designed to keep the beer at drinking temperature. Presumably, it goes on the outside . . .

The Beerbelly vendors are missing half the picture, though. Clearly, a second bladder(!) should be added so that customers don't miss any of the game disposing of the Beerbelly contents.

Wouldn't want to confuse them while suiting up before the game, though.
