Andy, you own any other Moretti pipes? That one is really cool.

I smoked GH Dark Flake mixed with some birdseye last night. Always a good smoke.

Thanks, I really like this style/finish, he calls it Elunium. I also have a Golden Contrast poker and a few others.

I was surprised that it was so good fresh. Usually C&D tobaccos need to rest for a bit after opening. A few of their special releases like this one are really good right away. It's definitely an Oriental forward blend, but it has a unique creaminess and some sweetness not usually found in this type. I would be happy to send some your way if you want to try it, knowing it would be unlikely to ever be able to buy any since it was a run of 1000 pounds that sold out in a day. Who knows, maybe it will be released again one day.
