Traditional humidor vs. Thermoelectric wine

Wanted to ask opinions on whether I should get a traditional spanish cedar humidor like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/TRIVOLI-CABINET-...QQcmdZViewItem

or just get a 18 bottle Vinotemp and add some cedar... price difference is like $150... With the traditional humidor i can use a cigar oasis and have a stabilized humidity... however, i know during summer temps will spike to 75 degrees or so... With the thermoelectric wine cooler I can use beads but isn't humidity being constantly sucked out while the unit is running? I know some people use both by putting a humidor in the wine cooler but that's impractical for me since I mainly need to store boxes.

So it boils down too are the high temps okay if humidity is okay or should i just go with the wine cooler and have to keep an eye on hydrating the beads???
