Need help

I, and a few BOTL have been working on a fall herf for about 5 months now. We've got a great waterfront location, hired staff(think Hooters), and gotten commitments from about 75 people. This is all before actually putting up announcements in our local b&ms. We've got a theme, about 25 door prizes and even will feature a real Cuban to cook. So Cuban his name is Bacardi, and yes he is that Bacardi. What would be great is to have a charity auction to spice it up. Any donations would be auctioned off, and all proceeds would be donated to wherever the donater wishes. This would put us over the top, and make for a great event. I expect at least 100 people to show, give or take a few. If it's in your power to help......................please.
