Xikar-Great customer service at RTDA
I was at RTDA and stopped by the Xikar table to ask about having the Xikar Gold that I took to Iraq repaired, several screws came out and the finish is completely worn off. The guy said send it to me and we will probably replace it, I told him it had sentimental value after making it through a year in Iraq and really just wanted it repaired and sharpened. He said, I'll tell you what, give me you name and address and I will send you a new one, Gratis, what do you want, except for the new X3's which he said he couldn't do, I told him the model I wanted and he said he would put it in the mail ASAP. That is what I call great service from a great company. I will let you know when my new one arrives.
