I brewed a pot of my Nicaraguan Knife Fight this AM...the whole house is filled with the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and it smells wonderful.

Some cream and unrefined sugar from Haiti and I'm off to the races. I hope this pot lasts until noon!

What are you drinking this mornig!?!

Thank's to you I had the same every morning this week. A 4 shot cup of Knife Fight ground very fine and made with an expresso machine.
