My Humidor Project
Well guys, I have just completed my first humidor project. I made a cabinet that is approx. 4.5' Tall x 2' Wide. Unfortunately, the exterior is painted MDF, b/c I do not have the resources to make it furniture grade. However, the project was fun and I consider this my prototype. I really enjoy working with wood and one day hope to have a nice shop.
Haven't counted the cigars, but I have emptied two full 70 qt. coolers, and still have about 15 boxes to spare. I have a wooden military issued foot locker that I have used for years. It works great, but I have recently reworked a few things and will be posting pictures for it, soon. Here is the link to my gallery : Humidor Cabinet Project

Nice job!
I'm planning to try a cabinet as my next project. Did you have working drawings or did you just wing it? I recently completed a 100 ct. desktop that I was relatively pleased with. I'll post some pictures as soon as I meet the minimum requirements to have a gallery of my own.
