CAO 10th Anniversary Maduro

Ok, I bit on it. Don't really know why...
however, I smoked one OTT yesterday...and was very please.
Seems to be same blend as the red band maduro CAOs, but much more balanced, more smooth.
I don't know if they aged them 10 years, or it's just a commemorative box, but it is a much more balanced and smoother blend.
Very nice...pricey, though.

That can be said about almost all CAOs.

I've had the CAO Gold 10th Anniversary which were quite good, but not the maduro.

Haven't tried the gold Anniversary.

The maduro is very good, nice change of pace.

I saw the 10th Anniversary in a B&M but they wanted $12.50 for it. I jyst didn't want to spend the money to find out if I liked it or not. Maybe I should look at the price so much, but with the cost of everything ese going up so much, it's hard to justify spending $12.50 for a single cigar.

I'm with you on that.
I've smoked CAO maduros for years, and liked them, so I figured I'd probably like the 10th ANN stick, as it's basically the same blend, just a bit stronger, more refined.

BUT...$12.50 just to try a cigar.....

Nope, not likely for me. I know...life's too short to smoke cheap cigars. And I believe that.
I also believe in economics, and what I can afford, or can't afford.

Add state tax to that MSRP and the retailer isn't necessarily over-pricing them.

NH Has no cigar tax (assuming CSM was buying from a shop in NH)...there's no reason.
