Hello I was wondering if there were any planned Detroit Herfs in the making... If so i'd like to be informed of any plans for one taking place. Also if there is not one that is planned perhaps the fellows from the Detroit area aswell as other parts of Michigan, Ontario, and ofcourse Ohio. Can put one together. I'm game to help out with the planning of one or maybe just meeting at a local cigar shop. Like Humidor One, JR Cigar on North Western Hwy, or other tobacco shops...

Josh - go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MotownCigarSmokers/ and sign up for the listserv. Although things have been quiet lately, there is a group of guys that gets together semi-regularly.

Also, I'm hoping to do a herf here in Grand Rapids sometime in April. Keep an eye out here for details.

If you're ever in the area, LMK and we'll hook up.

There is also JR's 3rd Gigantic Puff is coming up on March 21st. Tickets are on sale at the JR store for $125.

There used to be a standing herf at Copper Canyon in Southfield (11 Mi and Telegraph) every third Saturday. I don't know if people still show up though.

Once you get approved on the listserv, post and see if anyone wants to join you.

It's been sporadic. Last month there were 5 of us. The month before I was the only one that showed. I don;t know if anyone is planning to show on Saturday. I have to upgrade a server so I can't.

I'll be through in June for yet another family wedding.
