I got a 3 pack of these cigars sent to me to try by the company. They have been resting for about 2wks.
42X6 natural wrapper. Noted some softness to the role near the foot of the cigar. This did not hamper the lighting and the cigar burned great for the entire smoke.
The first puff after lighting scared me. I got a very intense bitter flavor. I was thinking "oh no". With the next puff the bitterness was gone and never returned. Mild body smoke. Nice light tobacco flavors with a slight pepper bite to the after taste. Nice enjoyable smoke with great burn qualities.
app/construction=3

taste/aftertaste=7
summary=7
total= 31 out of 50.
Can't wait to try the others.( one Hond. one Nic.)

Poohdvm, I agree with your take on the Dominican, although I didn't like it as much as you since I can do without mild cigars.

I did enjoy the Nicaragua Embassy, however. Some soft spots, and it tunneled on me once, but I thought it tasted pretty damn good.

I liked the Nicuraguan Embassy - reminded me of a Padron maduro (not quite as good though)

It's not the quantity of cigars that matters, it's the quality (like ISOMs).
