My humidor (I am new BTW)
Hey guys first time posting here but been reading around on this site. I have recently just started smoking cigars and bought a new 100 ct humidor for myself. Along with the box I also got some Climmax beads instead of using the foam that came along with the humidor. I read some ways people store Climmax with their cigars, but this is the way that used them.
Here are some pics of how I store the cigars with the Climmax beads: http://staff.washington.edu/gromitd/Top.JPG http://staff.washington.edu/gromitd/bottom.JPG http://staff.washington.edu/gromitd/close.JPG I just went to the local cloth shop and found the thinest cloth possible that is also somewhat strong. Then cut them up into rectangles and have my girlfriend sew them up for me. Filled them up with the beads and tied them off on one end. So far they are doing pretty good. It is keeping a relative humidity of 67%-68%. Just wondering about other peoples thoughs on this way of using the beads. Thanks! -G |
