Internet Cigar Auctions
I was under the impression that states regulate auction houses but I'm unclear as to whom regulates Internet auctions, primarily cigar auctions. If so, are records of sales open for public viewing. Also, since it is a not an "in person" auction, how do we know if there really is another person that you are bidding against or someone from the auction using a bogus name to drive up the bids.
