Chopped up rotisserie chicken, and roasted turkey, and combined with mayo and peas for a nice chicken turkey salad. Toasted Sourdough extra crispy and smeared the poultry salad on it. So good.

A bit cool out this morning, 51 degrees. So I made a nice hot soup filled with chopped prime rib, and turkey breast. Added a bit of white rice and flavored the water with Maggi chicken bouillon powder. Really good soup for the cold morning. Wish I had some white mushrooms. Next time.
