I think I got my question answered. After speaking with a number of local herfers it boils down to there's not enough demand. I was told there is a lot of weed grown on the island for medicinal purposes but the majority for recreational use. And a large number of vape folks. That there's just not a demand for cigars. It makes sense because you know one of the cigar conglomerates would have capitalized on the money that is here. There once was a Davidoff Lounge but it didn't last long.
