Made some Banana and Walnut pancakes. Haven't made pancakes in a while and I was reminded just how good they can be at home...and pretty easy too.

Best,
J.

Roasted red skin potatoes topped with 2 poached eggs, and mild salsa. Nice Ole Extreme tortilla. Almond milk to complete breakfast.

Well the work week has started so it is grazing when hungry time for the SU and me since we're hungry at different times. Fresh fruit (sterilized like we did in other countries) and what we call "glop". Glop is steel cut oats from the 25# ration bag. Half milk and half water plus whatever dried fruits we have laying around to change the flavors as it cooks.

Those are the work week breffess options most of the time.

Traditional Easter breakfast. Creamed eggs on toast.

Shrimp Timothy for supper. The markets didn't put prime rib on sale this year.
