Tommy T headed to Texas A&M (rumour)?

Seems like the rumours are getting a bit stronger. And these started before Franchonie's recent problems with Texas AM. And no, I didn't read it in any Coach's inside info letter.


I did read that Franchonie's position with Texas A&M will be evaluated at the end of the season. That's what ESPN reports, according to Texas A&M president. That much is known fact.

What is rumour, is Tubberville might be headed there. But wait...
Tommy T. says he's very happy in Alabama, his wife and kids love it there, and he has no intention of leaving.
Why does this have a familiar ring to it?

"The only way I'm leaving Ole Miss is in a pine box". -Tommy Tubberville.
Who even his last day as coach at Ole Miss (Thanksgiving) denied any interest in the Auburn job. The next morning, literally..he was at Auburn accepting the coaching position.

So you never know..but there may be more to these rumours, since they've started well before Coach Fran's current problems became public.
Then it could be just wishful thinking on Texas A&M's part.
