how to store

I'm relatively new to the cigar game; just recently started keeping cigars on hand. I have a question about storing cigars in a humidor. I have about five different brands right now, with some in tubes, some in plastic, and others that came in small boxes. Should I store them as I bought them, or remove all wrapping and store them that way? Also, does it affect the way they will smoke and taste by storing different types together? Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
