Interview Questions for IPCPR President

Update - I've been swapping emails back and forth with Scott. They've been wrapping up some work they're doing and asked to push back the interview to next week. I'm due to be down in DC (I live in the NOVA burbs and don't make it downtown too often) for cloud conferences over the next couple weeks so I'm hoping I can do the interview at the IPCPR HQ near Capital Hill.
