CigarWeekly policy concerning advertisers is:

1. This is a commercial site. We are not manufacturers, nor do we own a cigar store. We (barely) break even by selling ads that run on the site. Advertising revenue is what pays the bills and keeps this site going. That is why we urge our members to “click through” and patronize our sponsors.
   
2. We make every effort to associate with advertisers that have good reputations, but we cannot guarantee that the cigars you buy will be satisfactory. The transaction is between you and the vendor.
   
3. Having said that, we want to make one point very clear: If there are REPEATED, UNRESOLVED complaints by LONG STANDING and TRUSTED members of CW, we will take action by removing the offending retailer’s ad.
   
4. All retailers should contact us in order to set up an advertising account before posting links to their commercial sites in posts or signatures. Failure to comply will result in editing of posts and signatures by the administrator and possible banishment for repeat offense. For more information please see our Advertising Information page.
   
5. Cigar Weekly is an international site with members all over the world. We do not advocate that our members break the laws of any country. If you are doing this, you are on your own.
   
6. As with all things in this world, THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

In other words: Take it to PM and/or email. The Retailer Specials room is for Retailers to advertise their products to our worldwide membership. Any further transactions are solely between the Retailer and the Member as stated in our Guidelines.
