Free sampler review 5-pack- Review # 5
Thanks to JazzNut for the form I am using and LastZap for the fiver:
Packaging: Unknown Dimensions: 7x44 maybe? Date issued: Unknown Date smoked: January 6th, 2004. Accompanying drink: Ice Cold Water Texture of capa: Wrapper was smooth, light brown Color of capa: Light brown. Color of capote: Binder was a soft brown Color of tripa: The filler had a soft amber tone. Construction: Roll had some tight spots in it. Had to massage a little bit. Draw: The draw was perfect, despite tightness. Combustion: Burn was perfect. I could stand this bad boy up even after a full inch and a quarter. (Come on, you know the trick!) Total smoking time: About 1 hour. Pre-light aroma: Vanilla, Cream, and hint of spice Pre-light draw: Draw was beautiful. Post-light aroma: Upon lighting, cocoa and vanilla tickled my nose. Palate entry: First draw was heaven. For such a small stick, there was a LOT of smoke. Billowing, yet smooth. Mid point: Midway through, mild body started to turn to medium. This smoke, though mild, had a lot of flavors. Vanilla, leather, and slight cinammon flavors. Not too overpowering, but not like smoking a toilet paper roll. Latter stages: Mild-Medium bodied finish. Another nubber, despite my fondness of full bodied smokes. I really like this! It has been a while since I have said that about a "lightweight". Smooth finish, yet plenty of flavor. Summary: This smoke lasted about an hour. Draw and burn was perfect throughout. Despite the mildness, the flavors made up for its lack of punch. Great cigar! My Guess: Montecristo? _________________ Thank you, matalo
