My own version of shake n bake pork chops with Brussels sprouts and baked potatoes for the girls. I haven't eaten much of anything today, much less carbs. I'm going to splurge with the panko in my coating. Maybe a Keto ice cream bar for dessert before bed.

Me and my Bride went to our local brewery for supper. From the food truck we got their version of bang bang shrimp, homemade spiral chip/fries thicker than chips but not quiet fries and some vegetarian Ruben tacos made with portabello shrooms, seasoned sauerkraut, swiss cheese, caramelized onions, "zesty" queso and 1000 Island dressing. Washed it down with the breweries brews it is a beautiful evening.

So, what is for dinner tonight?

Nice evening for grilling. Grilled some chicken thighs. I use SBR, ranch, and honey mustard as dipping sauces. Tossed green salad. Fresh mangos later.

Went by the farmer's market this morning. Picked up a watermelon, corn on the cobb, cucumbers, tomatoes and summer squash.

For supper it was just me and Gpa. I made BLTs on toast with mayo, also some cucumber slices, fried some squash with cornmeal and corn on the cobb.

Tonight was hamburger steak, fried squash, corn on the cobb, cucumber and tomatoes in a vinegar/EVOO concoction (link below). Damn tasty if you get garden fresh veggies.

Pulled a 2lb pack of pulled pork out of the freezer - whenever I smoke a shoulder I usually do an extra or two or three (depends upon my freezer stock). Pull it and put it in vacuum seal bags for quick meals. Its amazing how well pulled pork holds up in the freezer, hard to tell it was not right off the smoker.
