Explanation of Colorado Maduro wrappers

This question came up in my latest review thread on my other forum, and I'm hoping some of our resident experts can answer mine and another members question.

Is Colorado Maduro simply a name for a wrapper color, or has it gone through at least some of the maduro making process, just a lighter color.

Here's a link to the cigar in question if it helps
https://forums.cigarweekly.com/showthread.php?t=184402

Thanks in advance for any answers,
Sean

You say "my other forum", where is this other forum you refer to?

It was my understanding that the "Colorado" color grades are just that. Not a process or leaf varietal.

So cigarbum.com is your forum, you own the forum? Lol I particularly like how you ask the same question you've already received an answer to over and over again. And post your banal reviews and comments verbatim at multiple sites. No wonder you became a pariah at several of them.

From "your" other forum.

Sean -
Colorado is a 'degree' of fermentation.
That is all. Yes, a specific amount of time to ferment the tobacco.

Double claro, in that graphic, is almost candella shade, and candela tobacco is another process entirely to ferment the leaf.

That's what i thought. It seemed like it was just a wrapper that got some of the Maduro wrapper makig process, but not the full process, and not just a description of the shade of the wrapper
