Back to Basics
Poured myself a glass of Knob Creek, ice and water today (I'm going on a real date tonight, with a real woman, who is nice and I'm nervous, but I digress). Any who, if you want a basic, find it everywhere, good old unpretentious bourbon this is it. Great caramels, some citrus, vanilla there but not over the top. Sometimes you have to go back to that which started your love of something...
maybe I should light up an Avo to go with it.
