Rosé
I know what you're thinking! EWWWW, blush wines! Well, I'm talking aboot actual, real rosé wines, not white zins or white merlots or that other 7-Up stuff (which I used to guzzle with pride...
 ). I saw a Simply Wine episode where the sommelier-cum-TV-host chick went to Provençe and tasted some rosés that were serious wines, with the refreshing quality of a white, and the deeper heartiness of a red. I ordered some Domaines Ott Les Domainier (04), which is made from grenache, syrah, and cinsaut, and am very interested to give it a whirl. Being a non-cellaring wine, I won't have to wait! YARRR. (<--winepirate noise)Anybody have any experience with something like this?
