I'll side with the "humidity group". I've been storing my cigars at about 65% (or less for the habanos) and all seems to be well. Haven't had a tunneler yet. Had a few burn up the side, but that was while smoking outside and I feel the breeze was the culprit. Try holding them longer (a few months) at lower humidities and see if that helps.

Yesterday it worked.
Today it is not working.
Windows is like that.

My current rotation: Most Perdomo, Oliva O, G and V, most CAO, Nub 464 maduro, Nub 464 Habano, a box or two of 5-Vegas, a couple boxes of ERdM Robusto Largo, Some AF Hemingway SS and some others I can't remember. It's a well-stocked Delta-T.
