Coffee

Ethiopian Hambela Natural from Klatch. Blueberry bomb!

Stop the roast just at the first soft snap of second crack, 12 hours rest time.

You're welcome.

Have you roasted it yet? I've gotten blueberries twice in a row, and I'm pretty sure I got it again tonight, will know for sure tomorrow. You really want to stop this one before second crack gets rolling, spread first crack out if you can. Awesome bean!

PS - Klatch has free shipping on all orders over $50, all summer.

Blueberry coffee?

God help us. We are past the tipping point. Surrender to ISIS. The country is lost.

See, that's one of the things I really like about Klatch. I got the email, saw it wasn't offered as green, and sent them an email asking if they could fix that problem. Next morning, there it was. Second time they've responded that way to a request from me.
