most tempting catalog
I know everyone here gets all the cigar catalogs. Just curious which ones tempt you to order the most. I realized this weekend that HOLTS gets my attention more that the others due to me a Pepin fan - second would probably be famous - I look at holts every time have to fight the urge to order stuff like 12 Old Henry torps for 40 bucks.
Most of them usually go straight to the trash can but those will remain anonymous except of course for Thompson it hits the trash quicker than an LL Bean bathing suit catalog

Holt's gets my vote as well.
If you toss your Thompson's catalog, you're missing an entertainment opportunity: They burn with bright, cheery colors.

I keep them all for the month for reading material outside and when pooping. But Famous seems to get me to want to order more than others for some reason.

Rarely ever order from catalogs, although I receive a slew of them.
Not to thread Jack, but Doug, any success on the results of the vacuum-aged primos? |

one of them, I think CI, is always putting perdomo in at box to 5 packs, at what run from 2 to 3 bucks, for smokes that sound real good, but im just not familiar enough with perdomo to dive in for $80-90 boxes. But what a temptation
Mikes, every bloody email and all of the catalogs, include 30-40 buck ten pack samplers that sometimes have the most incredible prices on real prime brands. Once it was monte white, platinum, classic, yellow box, and florfina, all in toro, for under $4 apiece, shipped. I just can't justify diving in for a $40 sampler, though. When you look at them, though, that is unreal compared to local prices, 5 packs, even box prices most of the time. They are worth it to someone who wants a selection of stuff and is willing to drop 3-4 bucks on a sampler of cigars like mac, partagas, romeo, etc, just to have a few around. It's great all aaround. they may be packed in-states, and bought by the crate, so it must be a great way to make a lot of sales to people who just won't ever buy things like this by the box. A great way to feed a special smokes humi. |

Probably famous since I can usually go and buy them on auction. I've been really happy with their exclusive brands which you can usually get on the cheap.
