We bought a pot years ago and still use it every day. The six shot model filled with regular espresso grind from any brand creates one hell of a blast of coffee. Ginger takes her cup with stevia and cream, and sometimes I take mine black. It's a small but full cup. She takes hers really slowly but mine is gone as soon as it cools. Yes, it isn't easy to deal with every night and takes longer than a full pot to run, but that blast is worth it. I generally set up a half pot as well and still have a few cups of real coffee later on.

Then sometimes later on a monster. God help me, sometimes it's the only thing that can keep me alive for the rest of the day.
