What's Your Father's Day Meal

My meal will be a Low Country Boil with crusty garlic bread followed with an homemade apple crisp with ice cream for dessert. My boils are spicy it has crab legs, shrimp, fresh corn on the cob, red potatoes, baby carrots, mussels, kielbasa, andouille, garlic, lemons, Serrano peppers, vidalia onions and trying scallops this time.

I've been to five local stores looking for Zatarain's Shrimp and Crab boil seasoning. It's my go-to. I use a 16 oz pack in my crab boils. Never had a problem finding it before. Should have bought it online. Found a Louisanna Crab boil mix (two 5 oz packs). But the directions on the packaging on how much to use in amount of water is absolutely useless. It says "fill a pot with water"...geez.
