Chinese take out with friends. Lots of Chinese take out. Some items will include steamed rice, pork fried rice, house special lo mein, wor won ton soup, krispy duck, Kung pao chicken, general cho chicken, assorted dumplings. Cigars after, I’m thinking of BBF, and Monte 2.

Baby backs, the tenderest beef ribs I've ever made, beans, pasta salad and fresh peach crumble and vanilla ice cream.

This year's peaches are the sweetest and juiciest I have ever had. Forget the supermarket peaches. They're cooking peaches. You want the South Carolina eating peaches. I thought last year's were great. This year's batch are even better.

Well yesterday we exercised our Independence by departing Flu-ri-duh a bit early. So our dinner consisted of White Castle cheeseburgers (from a box), Cheetoes and Oreo cookies (Chocolate filling and Pnut filling).

It was one of the best dinners ever since we still ain't coughing and hacking.

...And yeah J, we're gonna do the peach overload too. I love 'em fresh.

Best,
J.

Yesterday we had hamburgers with a onion and bacon compote and corn on the cob. For dessert peach cobbler with fresh made vanilla ice cream.

Yesterday was grilled burgers with the option of 3 types of cheese. Potato salad, chips, jalapeno dip, a killer mac and cheese my Bride makes, lemon drop martinis, Blue Monday margaritas, beer, sweet tea, banana creme pie, coconut cream pie, Padrons and a shit ton of fireworks.

An odd potato salad mixture. Containing sardines, fresh basil, gralik, funyum, black olives, capers, lime juice and evoo.

Its a spin off of a Portuguese recipe and it is pretty easy and tasty.

Quite the flavor bomb.
