Howlin Wolf Story
we had them free movie channesl this weekend & the black starz channel had the HW Story 1 1 /2 hours GREAT. Some home movies from Sam Lay & Bob Keoster really great file. MUST SEE for blues fans
Son House got to drunk to play someone gave him whiskey which you could not let Son have liquor. Wolf chatised & shamed him while Son was sitting at the bar drunk as a skunk. That was a tough for a Son House fane. Showed Otis Spann, Little Walter, Sonny Boy...etc in the audience for the Wolf show. Just really great obscure footage and I have seen LOTS & LOTS of rare blues footage but some of this I hever never seen.
